I appreciate your comments on this topic. While I am all for more data, I keep wondering about the endless use of the brewery example. So, a prospective brewer seemingly has no idea how many people a brewery has and depends on the CBP to inform him. If the County number of establishments or employees is not published, using your example, He is likely to abandon his plan. But , that sounds scary to us all. Apparently, the prospective business person can’t figure out how to use published data for other counties and to figure the average number of employees per establishment from any of the other 3000 counties. I would guess that using county averages across the country would never occur to the prospective brewer, and if he did figure it out that the average number
Is relatively constant. Using averageso for dozens or hundreds of counties should give the prospective brewer a far greater confidence than a single county’s averages. For your example, I see no harm done. Please help me if I am wrong.

For my research, I am trying to tease out the best course of action for myself, as a 55-year old woman who has spent most of their last 20 years caring for children and the elderly, while home educating and working as a delivery driver. I have a BA that I have never used. I am trying to determine the shortest ROI of both time and money, if I should earn another bachelor's degree, seek a license or certification, in what field, or...? I am not 20, with time on my side to pay back a loan. I need to drastically, quickly, improve my financial standing. I need good information to make these decisions.

The disappearance of detailed data that will undoubtedly be caused by this new policy will cause a big loss of information for lots of data users.
